Situation or SWOT Analysis

“The company should analyze its markets and marketing environment to find attractive opportunities and identify environmental threats. It should analyze company strengths and weaknesses as well as current and possible marketing actions to determine which opportunities it can best pursue. The goal is to match the company’s strengths to attractive opportunities in the environment, while eliminating or overcoming the weaknesses and minimizing the threats. " (Marketing: an Introduction, Ch. 2, Pg. 54)
“Strengths include internal capabilities, resources, positive situational factors that may help the company to serve its customers and achieve its objectives." (Marketing: an Introduction, Ch. 2, Pg. 54) Phileas Fogg has the capability to expand its products to a wide array of unique cultures as unique to it's taste. Phileas Fogg's flavors our gathered from around the world to unite everyone and share cultures and exotic taste. "Weaknesses include internal limitations and negative situational factors that may interfere with the company’s performance." (Marketing: an Introduction, Ch. 2, Pg. 54) As far as any weaknesses, Phileas Fogg isn't a popular brand, nor is it widely known. Unlike brands such as Frito Lay, which has unlimited images and flavors and valuable prices. It makes other brands hard to compete with. "Opportunities are favorable factors or trends in the external environment that the company may be able to exploit to its advantage." (Marketing: an Introduction, Ch. 2, Pg. 54) "And threats are unfavorable external factors or trends that may present challenges to performance.” (Marketing: an Introduction, Ch. 2, Pg. 54) Since most people who don't know the brand and it's existence, it might be quite hard to achieve our target market since most chip/snack lovers generally go for common popular chips with known brands and styles.
